This is the most remarkable quote i have found about confidence.Many of us never get confident in our lives because we are not ready to make mistakes.Just think,if a child fear to stumble,how would he ever learn to walk?

This is what i have felt through out my life.I will feel inferior due to someone else attitude when i am ready to feel inferior.In other words,if i degrade myself then definitely others will do the same.

When i am maltreating my own self,how can i expect from others that they will treat me well?

It is the image i am conveying to them and they are responding accordingly.
